Workshop: Succession Planning

This 4-hour workshop on Succession Planning will be facilitated by consultant Rena Henderson Mason from Bold Agenda. Networking starts at 7:30 a.m., and the workshop is from 8:00-12:00 p.m.

Leadership transitions are inevitable, but with the right tools and planning, they can become opportunities for growth, strength, and mission impact.
Presented by Rena Henderson Mason, Founder and CEO of Bold Agenda, this workshop will guide CEOs, executive directors, and nonprofit leaders through the essential steps of building a robust succession plan, whether transitions are planned or unexpected.

Through discussions and hands-on exercises, you’ll leave with a practical action plan to help your organization thrive through leadership transitions.

As a bonus, participants are invited to join a virtual group coaching session a few weeks after the workshop to refine action plans, ask questions, and connect with peers.
