The John J. Quail Foundation Fund Grant for Art and Culture Grant
notification: September 1, 2019
final reports on 2018 grants due: June 15, 2019
The John J. Quail Foundation Fund supports charitable organizations in the Quad Cities area. John was a local stock broker who believed strongly in giving back to his community and making it a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
The John J. Quail Foundation Fund supports projects and programs that promote and benefit arts and culture. Grant applications that meet a nonprofit's small emergency needs will be given preference. In addition, applications in support of capital campaigns will also be considered.
Starting in 2019, applications will be accepted through a Combined Field of Interest Fund grant opportunity. Please click here for more information.
Grants may be awarded to nonprofit organizations located in or serving residents of Rock Island County, Illinois and/or Scott County, Iowa.
If your organization is not a 501(c)3, government entity, or school, the minimum amount the Community Foundation can award for a request is $1,000.
