An update on the search for our next president and CEO

The search is on for the next president and CEO of the Quad Cities Community Foundation. We are seeking a proven and visionary leader to guide our mission of transforming the region through the generosity of donors as we enter our 58th year. 

The role represents an opportunity to join the Community Foundation at an exciting moment in this long history, as we look to expand our philanthropic services, community engagement efforts, and grantmaking programs in ways that meaningfully address the most pressing needs and opportunities in our community.

Strong candidates will demonstrate an exceptional ability to collaborate with the Community Foundation board and staff and with stakeholders at all levels in the community, especially philanthropic, government, nonprofit, and private sector leadership. The president and CEO must inspire confidence and trust, articulating our values and vision and acting decisively to advance our mission. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is expected, as are familiarity with the community foundation sector and business model.
